As I extricate my soul from the abyss he threw me in and I heal sobbing and holding the Holy Spirits hand, I have to remember these folks have demons riding on them like a backpack. And they’re gotten so used to them being there they literally become fused and comfy with them. I feel the same energy from most narcs I deal with (3 family members and a hundred ex friends) which tells me it’s a spirit. It’s not the heart they target it’s your head so you can’t think. But once you observe these idiots from a distance you see it.

This also applies to some people with ASD level 1 who can also be covert narcs and/or emotionally abusive. If they know and have been told that a behavior is abusive and continue to do, they haven’t repented and changed and no excuse.

Separation anxiety from a grown man is not pretty. Over 40 years and still he cannot let me have friendships or family. I don’t understand why he don’t leave me when everything I do he criticizes for it. I cook every night, “it’s undercooked, it’s overcooked, to much, not enough”. I have watched cooking shows for over 25 years and I still don’t know how to cook? His mom made him American Goulash as a child he’d rather have that then something homemade from me. Believe me when I tell you that he is Type 2 and 100 pounds overweight? JUNK FOOD! Never do I hear this tasted really good. I don’t dare tell him that I have an appointment until it’s time for the appointment. Him; “ Where is it? What time is it and what time will you be home”? Every time I leave the house I get “ Don’t go spending all of my money on stupid stuff. You’re wasting money buying stuff we don’t need”. These are his head games that he plays all day everyday. He gets up for work @ 4:30 and drive 30 minutes to work, he doesn’t have to be there until 6:AM. Meanwhile he has turned on every light in our house making all kinds of noise to wake me up. I have no friends or family to talk too. If we leave the house it’s only to grab a burger or ice cream then right back home. He tells me that he works all week and wants to relax. He hunts Deer and Turkey and goes fishing with his buddies on a his week of vacation. He hasn’t touch me in years, he only wants a quickie once, twice a year and then blames me for not initiating, which I’ve never done. He tell me that he loves me everyday several times a day, lies. So sad that I waisted my life on this boy in a grown mans body, he never grew up, he talks like he is still 13. I can tell he wants me to leave our house so badly he can taste it. I have nowhere to go and no money to do it with. I can’t divorce him because I have no credits for Social Security because he made it hell for me when I worked accusing me of sleeping with the boss and so on. He is now a dirty old man that’s still claims to be a “Player” as he’s growing out a Goatee. I kick myself everyday knowing I had giving up everything for him. Learning about narcissism has been eye opening. Learning that my mother was one, then I married one and now my three children are one. No support, no empathy or compassion, LEAVE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
